Converting Word doc to PDF with mark ups
Clients often need to convert Word doc to PDF’s showing mark ups as per client requirements. The best way to do this is to save the Word doc as PDF first.
Word doc: ensure that the user has set up what is specifically required as per client request, e.g Red mark up, showing the balloon etc.
1. Click File > Click Save As - save as type = PDF (*.pdf) as per image below
2. Once you've selected PDF (*.pdf) then Click More options...
3. Select Options...
4. Please ensure the settings matches the image below (Options)
5. Click OK
6. Click Save
