The firm recommend app for mobile scanning is Adobe Scan. Adobe Scan is free and everyone can download via the below steps:

From a Maddocks mobile device:
- Open the Comp Portal app on your phone, search for and select the Adobe Scan App
- Click Install
From a personal device:
- Search for Adobe Scan app in the App/Google play store and complete steps to install
- Select Sign in or sign up on the Welcome to Adobe Scan page
- Enter your Maddocks email in the Sign in field and click 'Sign in with an enterprise ID’.
- On the Maddocks sign in page enter your details
Note: When prompted by the app give access to your Camera and Photos.
