The Quick Parts Gallery in Word allows you to recall commonly used images or frequently used sections of text via custom keyboard shortcuts

Lets say you wanted to add an electronic signature to the Quick Parts Gallery (QPG) in Word

First, add the image to a Word document then select it

Any layout options associated with the image should be selected before saving to QPG. The behind text works well for a signature image.

Click the Insert Tab > Quick Parts > Save selection to QPG

Name the Quick Part, in this case I've called it QPName

Do not save it in MaddQP.dotx or Normal.dotx, use Building Blocks.dotx(en-US)

When you want to retrieve the image or section of text in other documents, type the name then F3. In this case QPName then F3
