All methods of iManage document attachment to emails 
 

 See overview for the various ways you can do this:

 

  1. When a draft email is open/popped out, from the “Message” or “Insert” ribbon, select “Insert iManage Attachment”:

  1. When an email is being drafted within Outlook (and not open/popped out), from the Email Management toolbar, select the iManage attachment icon

 

  1. Using the Work Panel in Outlook, drag and drop a document to a draft email:

•           To attach a copy of the document - press and hold the Ctrl button then drag the document to the draft email

•           To attach a link to the document (internal only) – drag the document to the draft email 

•           To attach a copy and a link to the document - press and hold the Ctrl+Shift button, then then drag the document to the draft email

  1. Using the Work Panel in Outlook or iManage via your web browser, right click on the document you wish to share or click on the kebab menu (3 dots) on the far right and select Share.  You then have the option to share a link, a copy or both
