1. NameCoach Outlook Add-In
NameCoach Add-in has been installed for you in Outlook. To use it, click ‘Home’ and check for the “NameCoach” button (purple text box icon labelled “Get pronunciations’
2. Getting Started with the NameCoach add-in
To start using the NameCoach add-in, simply click the “NameCoach” button and a menu will pop-up on the right side of your Outlook screen. This menu is where you will utilize the NameCoach add-in.
3. Recording Your Name Pronunciation
If you would like people to hear your voice when reading your name pronunciation through the Outlook Add-In, you can record your name under the "My Recording" section of the Outlook Add-in.

Once you have recorded your name pronunciation, this section can be used to

5. How to add Hear My Name in your Email Signature
- Copy your Name Audio Link under My Recording section.
- To update your Email signature with the link, go to Home tab and on the ribbon and select Edit Email Signatures.
- This will launch the Templafy Email signature tool and we can navigate to Default Email signature and click Edit.
This will open all the fields available in our default signature. Scroll down to Hear my name (link) option and Press Ctrl+V to paste the copied link and Select Save.
- Hear my Name Link will now appear in your Default Signature as well as Reply & Forward Signature.
6. Listening to Pronunciations
To listen to/view the various names in the email thread you currently have open, you will navigate to the dropdown menu under “Pronunciations”
Simply select the name you would like to listen to and click the audio icon to hear it
