NameCoach Tips & Tricks
1. What if my name is 3 or more words or I go by a different name to my actual name?
You can record your name for up to 30 seconds so there is time for you to include what name you prefer to be known by and/or say your name in another language if that is helpful for you and your clients.
2. I cant click on NameCoach, its greyed out.
Make sure an email is clicked on to read in the reading pane, this will enable the NameCoach add-in to initiate
3. In Citrix, NameCoach is accessible via Outlook. However, microphone access does not work in Outlook app.
4. For anyone who would like to use NameCoach in Citrix and add their name recording, there are a few options:
a) Upload a sound byte of recording and save. The rest of the functionality is the same.
b) Use NameCoach add-in in Outlook web mail. The microphone access works fine. Rest of the functionality is same for the add-in in Outlook.
Enable NameCoach add-in in Outcook web with ticking on add-in under settings. This will enable NameCoach Outlook to be used in Outlook webmail in emails.
5. My recording sounds very low pitched:
Please check microphone settings and re-record.
6. What happens if I am not able to paste the recording link in my email signature in templafy?
