Note: Login for internal users will not be affected in anyway and they won't asked for MFA.

This PDF can be sent to clients if they need step by step instructions for MFA enrolment.

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the security of your information, we have implemented mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all external users of Maddocks Digital.

If the external user has not yet enrolled in MFA, the next time they log in to Maddocks Digital, they will be redirected to the MFA enrolment page.

There are two ways to enrol in MFA. Select from either:

  • Authenticator App (recommended) e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar apps
  • SMS (you will need to enter your mobile number)
    • At this stage, the only countries we support for SMS MFA enrolment are:
      1. Australia
      2. Singapore
    •  You can Apps team if you require use from a different country
    • USA & Canada is not supported for SMS MFA.
  • In cases where the user does not want to use their personal phone for SMS, or does not want to use Authenticator, we can enable Email MFA for them case by case

Note: Once you choose an enrolment method, you cannot change it but you can contact the Maddocks IT HelpDesk team who can do this for you
