This Article was created in Aug 2025 to assist in a BeyondTrust Remote Support Client issue.
In Azure you will first need to set the below access for yourself:
INTUNE
1. Open Intune via BeyondTrust
2. On the left Pane, select Devices and then select Windows
3. Search for device (by name is possible)
4. Select Device
5. Go to local admin password
6. Show local admin password - leave this page open for the moment as password will be needed shortly.
BT REMOTE ACCESS CONSOLE
1. Head to BT console hit start on the left top left
2. Get user to go to URL (1), generate session key (2), provide session key to the user
3. This will prompt the download of an bomgar.exe for the end user, which they will need to run.
4. Once they run the .exe, this will open a session in the BT Client main client, double click on session to open.
5. To Enter Admin credentials, from within the BT console, it will display a banner stating that "You are not elevated, click here to elevate session"
6. A prompt will appear, select "Specific User"
7. In username, put .\Administrator
8. Input password retrieved from Intune.
