Accessing and using the CIP:
- Select CIP from the Word Ribbon:
- Enter your Matter Number. If the matter does not have a CIP, you will be asked if you would like to create one. If a CIP has previously been created, you can make edits to any existing contacts and add or remove contacts here.
TIP: When exiting the CIP Questionnaire, you have the option to ‘Exit and Generate CIP Document’ which will create a Word Document with the Contact information details.
